Norwegian middle distance runner, Narve Nordås, recently became part of history at the Bislet Games, running in potentially the highest caliber 1500m ever seen, with 8 men running under 3.30. In finishing 8th in 3.29, Narve became the second fastest Norwegian 1500m runner of all time behind his former training partner Jakob Ingebrigtsen 🇳🇴 He joins us on Conversations About Running to talk us through this incredible race as well as share some insights about his training, coaching set up, and plans for the rest of the season. We talk about his double threshold training approach, the important role coach Gjert Ingebrigtsen has played in his success, as well as how training with team mate, Per Svela, has helped him become one of the top distance runners in the world 🥇
