Today I’m talking about following our own guidance in a sea of spiritual BS. I discuss the practice of my own conscious awakening and how it’s changed over the years. And how my sense of “knowing” is always expanding based on new awarenesses I’m waking up to every day.
As part of this, I talk about some of the conscious and unconscious beliefs and rules I picked up from spiritual practices and groups along my path. How I’ve come to realize that they are not true for me and don’t serve me – and that when I come to that awareness, the truth of that realization empowers me. And I discuss a commitment I’m making –moving forward –in what I’m now practicing regarding this podcast.
