Today's guest is: Erin Lingo
Erin Lingo is an Embodied Leadership and Somatic Coach, a yoga teacher, nonprofit leader, partner, and parent, and the founder and principal coach of Erin Lingo Somatics. After 15 years in nonprofit leadership, her growing awareness of her own "stuckness" coincided with the challenges and opportunities of the COVID pandemic; her curiosity took her into a deep study of somatics, embodied leadership, coaching models, and mindfulness to ultimately coalesce in a coaching practice that emphasizes leadership and personal influence, nervous system regulation for the benefit of ourselves and our communities, internal awareness and emotional literacy, and freeing ourselves from old patterns. Erin incorporates somatics, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, movement, and leadership best practices into her coaching work, customized for each client's needs. She believes in building leadership capacity from within, using a holistic, trauma-informed approach that combines mind, heart, and body to help leaders – within or outside of an organizational context – to lead differently, increase their own skills of resilience and care, and better navigate work challenges, personal relationships, and community engagements with integrity and alignment with their values. www.erinlingosomatics.com
