Hi there

In this week’s episode we look at a recent employment tribunal case that decided a senior manager had been unfairly constructively dismissed because he was moved to an inferior desk at his new office. We break down what this ‘desk’ issue means for employees and employers, and why even a desk at work can carry legal weight.

It's our view, that the more you are able to acquaint yourself with your employment rights in this area, the more your rights will act as an early warning system, which you can use to spot bad treatment or illegal treatment that you may be suffering at work. If you need help to formulate your complaint you can download a copy of our ‘Complaints Checklist’ here.

If you need help with any matters discussed in this podcast episode or you would like to book a consultation with us to look at employment rights concerns you may have, you can email us at [email protected]

Also, please take a moment to bookmark our podcast and leave a review or a star rating, to help lift the visibility of the podcast. We appreciate you.

Until next week

Have the best employment rights week that you can!
