Welcome to this week’s podcast.

What happens if your employer says you are underperforming in your job, dismisses you – but it turns out that there is no real evidence of your underperformance. What if you find out that your employer is relying on opinions about your poor performance.

In this week’s podcast episode, we explore performance concerns which were overturned by employment tribunals because employers could not evidence the genuiness of their decision to dismiss their employees for inadequate performance, in their jobs.

It's our view, that the more you are able to acquaint yourself with your employment rights in this area, the more your rights will act as an early warning system, which you can use to spot bad treatment or illegal treatment that you may be suffering at work.
