Hi there

This week we continue the theme of looking at your employment rights through the lens of the unwritten term of the duty of mutual trust and confidence; and this week, we look at mutual trust and confidence obligation through the lens of sickness absence and dismissals. We pay particular attention to Capability Procedures and what happens when your employer treats you badly and gets Capability Procedures wrong.

It's our view, that the more you are able to acquaint yourself with your employment rights in this area, the more your rights will act as an early warning system. If you need help to formulate your complaint you can download a copy of our ‘Complaints Checklist’ here.

FREE 15 Smart Grievance Actions To Make Complaints

If you would like to book a consultation with us to look at employment rights concerns you may have, you can book your session using the consultations link below and in the show notes. https://bit.ly/erocomplaintconsultations

Finally, please take a moment to ‘Follow’ or ‘Subscribe’ to our podcast where you are listening… and to leave an iTunes review or a five star rating on Spotify, to help lift the visibility of the podcast. We really do appreciate your support.

Until next week

Have the best employment rights week that you can!
