Oliver is an accredited 5-rhythms teacher, trained by 5-rhythms founder Gabriel Roth and her son Jonathan Horan. His approach includes various movement meditation practices and yoga. And currently he lives in Berlin and contributes to the local urban community building scene. 5Rhythms is a movement meditation practice devised by Gabrielle Roth in the late 1970s. It draws from indigenous and world traditions using tenets of shamanistic, ecstatic, mystical and eastern philosophy.
