In today's episode, we were inspired by the story of a former accountant turned meditation coach, who shared her personal transformation from a corporate lifestyle to one that is more fulfilling and empowering. She spoke about how she overcame fear and control to learn how to let go and trust the natural flow of life.The speaker realized early on in her career that working with computers was not her calling, and that she wanted to work directly with people.

This realization led her to start teaching meditation classes and empowering women. Despite receiving a message to quit her job as an accountant, she did not have the courage to do so at the time.However, she was eventually laid off from her job, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. This led her to become an entrepreneur, but at the beginning of her business journey, she was in fear and trying to control getting clients, which did not work. With time and personal development, she learned to surrender and trust the process. By developing a sense of surrender and going with the flow, she was able to have a more successful business and get clients more easily.

One of the speaker's key messages involves the importance of meditation in achieving inner peace, which can lead to outer positive change. Meditation involves being present and focused on one thing, which can be achieved through various activities. The speaker has been meditating for 30 years and believes it is an essential part of her day. She also emphasizes that there are different types of meditation, such as walking or art meditation, that can be suitable for those who find sitting meditation difficult.
