Changes in medicine, technology, currency, and so much more are happening at an exponential rate, and our ability to adapt is either going to make or break us. If you're able to adapt, you'll be able to thrive instead of just surviving or existing. That’s where the concept of adaptation energy comes into play. This week’s episode 304 of the Fragmented to Whole Podcast is about how to handle life’s demands without losing your shit!

Some of the talking points I go over in this episode include:

  • Defining adaptation energy, as introduced to me by my meditation teacher, Emily Fletcher, the founder of Ziva meditation.
  • Why filling our adaptation energy tank is essential to avoid emotionally burning out.
  • Consistent self-care practices you can do to refill your adaptation energy tank.
  • Sharing an example of how recovery has allowed me to keep calm in stressful situations.

Don't wait until you're running on empty to prioritize your self-care. Start building up your adaptation energy reserves today so you can handle whatever life throws your way with grace and resilience. Your future self will thank you.

Be sure to tune in to all the episodes to receive tons of practical tips on living a more whole life and to hear even more about the points outlined above.

Thank you for listening! If you enjoyed this episode, take a screenshot of the episode to post in your stories and tag me! And don’t forget to follow, rate and review the podcast and tell me your key takeaways!
