Fundamental Understanding (Spirituality) is not a burden to understand. Then it will become another problem. God, soul and so on are the words coined to show that the Universe is Order. Though it may look chaotic, disorderly to you. It is a hit on the mind that what it does not like is also Order. This hit delivers you and not the words. Now every movement is seen as from Order to Order instead of from disorder to Order. Action is automatically relaxed and conscious. The feeling of friction-that things are okay (pleasure) and things are not okay (pain, uncertainty) is the sign of being alive. Can one see the arising of thoughts-‘things may not happen as ‘I’ wish’, ‘something untoward may happen’, ‘I’ may be cheated’ and so on? The uneasiness, these thoughts generate in the form of fear, insecurity can not be dealt with, escaped or undone. One escapes this uneasiness, the touch of the Original does not happen. One clings to relief, pleasure, laziness generated by any liked situation or happening. It is this clinging that is reciprocated as pain so that we may touch the Original ground, the fused state.
