Why human beings have to suffer? We do not question suffering. We do not question resistance, we experience in daily life. We simply go on seeking relief in the hope as if resistance, discomfort (suffering) will be undone or has been undone by the relief and we will land on a stable ground. Can we see that no relief can become stable, permanent? It is only when we see that what we call suffering is only psychological discomfort, if not immediate physical danger or acute physical pain. Not to gloss over this discomfort is the key. Whole energy is concentrated here. One begins to see 'what is True'.
