We have been fed by advices, teachings- Do not be angry. Do not be sad. Do not have anxiety. Do not have fear and so on. As if you willingly feel anger, anxiety, sadness, fear and so on and by some advice or practice reverse will happen or these will not arise in future. All attempts to cultivate non-anger, happiness, non-anxiety, non-fear add to frustration as you are quelling your energy by solaces, explanations. Anger, sadness, anxiety, fear are normal human reactions on facing something you do not like or something you do not want to happen, happens or on facing uncertainty. Any such situation is psychologically uncomfortable only as your life is not in danger. Can you notice this? Can you see that you can not throw this discomfort out of your mind? You try to throw it by objecting to your feeling of anger, sadness, anxiety, fear and so on. Once you absorb this discomfort without any explanation-your whole energy is concentrated. Transformation has happened. You are on the Original ground. Now any action is relaxed, conscious.
