This is a perfect episode to encourage your soul if you have been battling negative thoughts like:
"I'm not good enough."
"I'm bad at this one thing."
"I will never be able to change, it's just how I am."
Today, I'm sharing some practical steps I use regularly to stop my negative thinking in it's tracks and create thoughts that are aligned with God's word.
This is one of the biggest strategies I wish I had known about as a young, homeschool mama of 3! It's not enough to just swap a negative for a positive, we must up root it. This stragegy is a great way to start renewing your mind and become a stronger, more confident woman of God.
