Do you feel anxious a lot?
Fearful?
Overwhelmed?
These negative emotions are created from the thoughts we think on repeat. Worrying about the future, finances, family, or our health can be a subtle form of distrust in God’s provision and plan. It can be tricky to figure out, especially if worry has become a habit. But, we are all just works in progress, right? It's never too late to learn how to manage our minds and fix our eyes on Jesus.
In this episode, Amy shares 3 helpful ways to deal with worry that points us back to God. God has all things working for His glory & our good!! Learning how to worry less is not something we wake up one morning doing naturally. It takes focus and intention to renew our minds. Learning how to trust God for HIS plans and his good purposes is a daily practice. The more we practice trusting God, the less we are to worry and create negative emotions that keep us stuck.
