If you are like me you start the summer with a huge task list and lots of ideas about what you would like to accomplish over the summer. Maybe you want to clean out your garage or closet. Maybe you want to visit a friend to take a vacation. Sometimes women can focus on weight loss and eating clean, but most of the time we focus on what we should NOT be doing instead of looking at what we want to be doing.
