As someone who sits at a desk for long periods of time every day, I was intrigued when today’s guest reached out with an offering of “3-Keys to Awaken Sensuality In The Midst Of The AI Era.” I was a little confused at first, thinking about sensuality in terms of sexuality, but then I got curious. Candia Raquel is a biologist, sensualist, and artist and she’s on the show to help us get connected with our bodies, while we get our work to work. She defines sensuality as simply being aware of the sensations of your body. Our conversation begins with a deep dive into pleasure and pain, and why one is more appropriate in society than the other.
