Hi gorgeous! 🌟 In this heartfelt episode of Happy Go Fabulous, I open up about my deeply personal journey of rediscovering joy after an incredibly tough year. In 2024, I experienced profound grief following the sudden loss of my beloved niece. It shook me to my core, leaving me feeling disconnected from the vibrant life I once cherished.

I share how this loss unearthed old patterns of grief that began in childhood when I lost my mother unexpectedly. Back then, I wasn’t given the tools to process those emotions, and the pain stayed locked inside for years. But this time, I chose a different path: I gave myself the space to feel everything—the sadness, the anger, the guilt—and began to heal.

One of the most transformative parts of my healing was learning to surrender. I had to let go of the need to control and simply be present in the moment, honoring my emotions without judgment. I also leaned heavily on tools like energy healing, therapy, and my spiritual connection. My daily walks along the beach became a ritual of reflection and renewal. During one such walk, I embraced the idea of a 33-day reset, asking myself a single powerful question each day: Why am I here?

Through this process, I realized that life is precious, and it’s okay to be both heartbroken and joyful. I renewed my commitment to live fully, not despite the pain but because of it. This revelation reminded me of the essence of my work: helping others live their best, most beautiful lives.

Key takeaways from this episode include:

  • Embrace the spectrum of emotions: Life isn’t just good or bad; it’s a mix of everything.
  • Healing takes time: It’s a slow, gentle process that requires patience and self-compassion.
  • Life is precious—live it well: Honor your unique rhythms and allow yourself to fall back in love with life, one step at a time.

This episode is a tender reminder that while grief and joy often walk hand in hand, it’s possible to navigate life’s challenges with grace and rediscover the beauty that surrounds us. Thank you for listening and allowing me to share this journey with you.
