Here is my "HOW", after my "Why"....
How I arrived to this moment at 54 and a past debilitating spinal condition with two hips that failed me, I found myself. Thus I found my second chapter after 50. I discovered the true unveiling of my hearts calling. ( I found my balls to do this podcast), to dare to. I can’t say it any other way, sorry, not really sorry either.
In this episode (2), in the truth telling of getting acquainted, I share my "how” I started to overcome the littany of self doubts and negative talk that ultimately only served to sabotage my future. Join me in this next phase where I literally took my power back physically and mentally and how it’s lead me to find my 2nd chapter!
