3. Set Boundaries

4. Be the Light

5. Ask for Help

This is a journey and no matter how comfortable you are using these tools, the more you use them, the better you become at it. Be kind to yourself while you try new things. The process involves developing and maintaining a positive and loving relationship with yourself. Clarity is a kindness both to yourself and others. Taking small steps consistently can lead to incredible improvements in your overall mental health and well-being.
