I am so excited to drop a brand new episode on the Her Best Self podcast!
If you struggle with overthinking and constantly overanalyzing your choices along with your decision making, & you just wonder if you will ever escape the nonsense...then today I want you to listen in to Episode 180.
It is so important when you're looking for certainty in life in the moment, you start with how you're making your own personal decisions and that goes for recovery, but also just for every other thing in your current circumstances.
You are making a ton of decisions on the daily and you can sit in analysis paralysis if you aren't aware. You can sit in self sabotage & you can sit in perfection.
& so if you've questioned, "what do I need to eat next? when can I eat next? what can I have next?" & you're struggling with that in your mind regularly...part of this is just a tactic that the eating disorder is doing to get you confused & caught off guard.
