In today's episode, you’re getting another behind-the-scenes look into a real 1:1 health coaching session with one of my clients, Anna. When clients join my health program, this is where we start – Anna and I use this session to evaluate her starting point holistically in terms of nutrition, supplements, medications, and lifestyle. She shares her health goals: reducing hormonal imbalances after coming off the birth control pill and improving her sleep and stress levels. Anna shares what she's been experiencing and asks me questions, and we talk through possible root causes and holistic strategies and resources to support her body naturally.
