Helloooo friends.
No shocker here to say that sometimes we think in 'worst case scenario' mindsets when it's actually completely unnecessary. Something bad or unexpected happens and we go straight to super negative thoughts like 'what if xyz happens now?' or 'this means I'm NEVER going to achieve *insert thing you want to achieve here*' or 'I guess I just wasn't cut out for blah blah blah' and so on and so forth. Which is BS, btw – yet we forget to question the validity of our thoughts and find ourselves thinking a bunch of untrue shizz about ourselves that prevents us from reaching our true potential.
Well guess what? Although I am still prone to this kind of thinking, I have a methodology that works wonders to get me through and out of my funk.
