I'm so excited to share this episode with George Hofmann. We talk more about George's book, Resilience: Handling Anxiety in a Time of Crisis, his personal story and the tools that have helped him manage his bipolar over the year. We explore the possible relationship between depression, anxiety and being a Highly Sensitive Person, along with the stigma often associated with mental illness. Finally, we touch upon the benefits, but also the difficulties that often come with mindfulness and meditation practises.
