On today's episode I sat down with Coach Jered Lyons. Coach Lyons has experience coaching men's basketball at Hood College, Salisbury University, and Eastern Mennonite University. He is currently the head women's basketball coach at Washington Adventist College (Takoma Park, MD). In this episode we discuss:
