Looking to redefine your relationship with alcohol? On this weeks episode of In All Honesty, Michelle Elman is joined by Sober Girl Society founder Millie Gooch to talk all things sobriety and social pressures!

After heavily drinking during University and working in nightlife jobs, Millie made the bold decision to go completely sober whilst she was in University. Now, she uses her platforms to help other young people embrace a healthier relationship with alcohol - which doesn't always mean complete sobriety!

Michelle and Millie share insights on how to best navigate the societal and cultural pressures around drinking, the bigger life impacts your relationship with alcohol can have and alternatives for 'fun' without the booze! They also talk about the importance of self-awareness in cultivating a healthier relationship with ourselves and alcohol.
