His story is a testament to the value of saying “yes” to opportunities and making the most of them! Special Guest Interview This interview features Robin Grace, a member of An Garda Síochána and a passionate advocate for mental health and suicide awareness. Robin opens up about: Growing up with dyslexia and how his mother’s unwavering support helped him find the resources he needed. A life-altering realization that he was sexually abused as a child by a female childcare worker and how this traumatic event led to a breakdown later in life. His journey through a dark period of wanting to end his life, the support he received, and how he came out the other side stronger. His mission to use his role in An Garda Síochána and technology to support others and create greater awareness about mental health and suicide prevention. This episode is a poignant reminder of resilience, the importance of seeking support, and the power of sharing your story to inspire and help others.
