A life-altering realization that he was sexually abused as a child by a female childcare worker and how this traumatic event led to a breakdown later in life. His journey through a dark period of wanting to end his life, the support he received, and how he came out the other side stronger. His mission to use his role in An Garda Síochána and technology to support others and create greater awareness about mental health and suicide prevention.
