The theme of consistency has been extremely present in my life lately, so in this episode I want to share some insights on the topic from my personal experiences, with a focus on healthy habit building and exercise. However, I’ll also talk about the beautiful energetic alignment between the discipline that comes with consistency at something like working out and how it directly relates to personal development and entrepreneurship! Tune in for a moment of self reflection and how to keep working toward your goals throughout the end of this year! Listen for more on:
