Today on the podcast, Matt and I are talking all about not only setting yourself up for success, but how to aim for having the most abundant year ever in 2025! Even though we are almost 2 weeks into the new year, it’s never too late to plan out your intentions and goals if you haven’t done so already! We’ll go over some actionable steps and practices you can take to hopefully guide you in the right direction and mindset, so you can embody and feel like your best self! So grab a pen and paper and let’s dive into:
• Taking time to reflect on the past and set a variety of intentions.
• The importance of periodic check-in dates with yourself to recognize growth.
• Celebrating small progress wins to build off of your confidence.
• Getting clear in your vision boards, practicing visualizations and journaling.
• Habit stacking when it comes to leaning into personal development resources.
