As an extreme “I” personality type, I am outgoing and people-oriented. However, I have also received feedback that I can be exhausting and irritating to some due to my full-on nature. This led me to reflect on the importance of self-awareness and learning to control my behaviour in different situations.

Throughout the episode, I share how I have learned to hold myself back in group settings, no longer feeling the need to always fill the silence. I highlight the different comfort levels people have with silence and filling it, and why it's crucial to understand and respect these differences.

But this podcast is not just about me. It's about how our behaviours and personality styles impact our personal and professional lives. I have seen the positive impact it has made on my clients and the relationships they have improved through understanding their own behaviours.
