Bio: Tim Arculli -OLS Qigong and Healing. When Tim Arculli began practicing Qigong 15 years ago, he started teaching friends and family but found that they often didn't have the time to practice regularly. To make Qigong more accessible, Tim developed his own system (Outer Limits System) that focuses on the most efficient, effective, and simple techniques that can incorporate into any lifestyle. He aims to demystify this ancient practice to amplify the benefits and wisdom. Tim has trained with teachers in the US and Hong Kong and holds many certifications in Qigong and Reiki. Tim is dedicated to sharing his knowledge and helping others improve their health and energy, practice, and well-being in a fun way.
Highlights:
Passion for Sharing: Tim's passion for Qigong comes from the love of sharing with people. He wants to make ancient wisdom and practices easily digestible so that people can incorporate them into their busy modern lives.
