Richard Ashley Reed Senior (Coach Rick), feels most alive when coaching kids life skills while playing soccer.. He coaches children to shift from a victim to a creator mindset so that they can win on the field and off. He himself is a role model for exemplifying the qualities of a hero as can be witnessed by how he turned his turbulent and challenging childhood into his life's purpose. Coach Rick has experience raising young heroes on the soccer field as well as tending to wounds of soldiers on the battlefield. He spent over 11 years of active service in the Air Force, Navy Reserve and as a manager of the orthopedic hand team. Committment to his values and strong faith guide this hero to seek not accolades or fame, but to return with the elixir of wisdom and to share open heartedly.Therein lies the glory of a true hero, protector of those who need protection the most.
