Michael Hildebrandt is on a mission to improve your sleep. Because when you sleep better, your energy levels skyrocket. You can attend to the wisdom of your dreams so that you may wake up to actually follow your dreams. The simplicity of this equation wasn't clear to Michael at first. As a high performance coach, he thought sleeping less would help him perform better. It took this hero a journey through immeasureable pain in the form of a slipped disc and the subsequent onslaught of sleepless nights, to fully appreciate the value of a good night's rest. His quest to achieve better sleep for himself led him to form his coaching firm, Sleeptrust. Through this platform he shares the wisdom garnered from years of research and experience into strategies that help others sleep well again.
