We often think about the purpose for our lives, but how does that impact how we parent our children, in preparation to live out the purpose for their lives? Continuing our conversation from last week’s show, my friend Amy and I talk about how she intentionally raises her daughters according to how the Lord created them, specifically and uniquely.

In this episode we talk about:

  • Overcoming Generational Trauma and Spiritual Warfare: Amy shares how parents can lean on their faith to navigate challenges and protect their families spiritually.
  • Societal Standards vs. God’s Truth: Encouragement to see your children through God’s lens, not the world’s expectations.
  • Releasing the Need to Control: Practical advice on trusting God’s plan and letting go of the pressure to manage every detail.
  • Everyday Fruits of Parenting: Recognizing the small wins and how they reflect the seeds you’ve planted in your children’s hearts.
  • Freedom from Comparison: How a relationship with Jesus helps parents avoid the comparison trap and focus on their unique family journey.

What You'll Learn:

  • How to trust God in the big and small moments of parenting.
  • Why societal norms don’t define your child’s value or potential.
  • Practical ways to approach parenting decisions, like schooling and friendships, with faith and wisdom.
  • How to cultivate a home rooted in grace, love, and Christ-centered guidance.

This episode is for parents navigating tough decisions or everyday struggles and searching for encouragement to build a faith-filled family.
