My guest, Dr. Glenda Bishop, is a registered nutritionist, a wellness coach, a behavioural neuroscientist, a personal trainer and an educator who helps people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome live a less irritable life. Glenda was diagnosed with IBS twenty five years ago and follows the low FODMAP diet to keep her IBS under control -- along with exercise, stress management, and other techniques.
