ChatGPT was released in November 2022. What a roller coaster ride it has been for businesses of all sizes since its release.

When it first burst onto the scene, ChatGPT was hailed as “the tool that can do all the things” - the saviour to mindless marketing tasks, such as writing social media captions and sourcing images, and something of a futuristic personal assistant - able to make your life easier by writing your wedding vows or creating a weekly meal plan!

OpenAI recently announced a bunch of big changes to ChatGPT - including a simplified interface, better memory, and the ability to create custom GPTs - opening (pun intended!) another new chapter in the world of AI.

In this episode we're rolling out the red carpet for Ami Williamson from Damn Write - master wordsmith and self-professed AI Geek - kindly sharing her ideas and insights into how small businesses can improve the way they use AI going into 2024.
