Welcome back to another episode of "Do All of the Things."

As experts in nutrition science, we’re trained to be thinkers and doers. And that’s perfect when you’re in school, completing the internship, and/or landing your 1st job as an RD.

However, becoming an RD entrepreneur comes with a whole new subset of characteristics. Entrepreneurship is like getting a triple advanced degree in personal development, business development, and professional development. The journey isn’t for the faint-hearted, that’s for sure.

But as doers & thinkers, we tend to enter entrepreneurship thinking all we need is to learn the HOW. But that’s far from the truth of what it takes to succeed.

On this week’s episode of the Podcast, Christine talks about the importance of doing the inner work on yourself as a business owner, so that you show up in your business (and your life) as the best version of yourself.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN IN THIS EPISODE:

  • Why you need the balance of feminine & masculine energies to build a business.

  • The importance of creating a strong self-concept to succeed as a business owner.

  • Why you shouldn't rely on your job to create happiness & fulfillment in your RD career.

  • How to think when things don't go as planned in your business.
