If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed by all the food rules out there—what to eat, what to cut, what to fear—and you’re just tired of starting over again and again... you are not the only one.

I created this episode for the midlife woman who’s done with diet culture, done with restriction, and ready to feel good in her body again.

Because I don’t think you need another plan.
I think you need to understand how your body was designed—and how to fuel it with what it actually wants.

In this episode, I’m walking you through the simple, foundational pieces of what your body is made of (we’re talking water, protein, healthy fats, fiber, and all the good stuff)—so you can finally stop guessing and start feeling grounded in how you eat.

We’ll also talk about:

  • Why one-size-fits-all diets don’t work (and why you’re not failing)
  • How glucose spikes are sneaking in and messing with your energy, cravings, sleep, and stress levels
  • A rhythm I use myself called Fuel First, Treat Later (yes, it’s as gentle and doable as it sounds)

This isn’t a detox. It’s not a quick fix.
It’s a conversation—about how to nourish your body without shame, restriction, or stress.

And if you’re someone who’s busy (like really busy), just know—this rhythm works especially well for women like us.
