Much has changed since I wrote my book 13 Things Mentally Strong People Don't Do. Smartphones now dominate the world, news spreads over social media, and new conveniences have reshaped how we interact with the world.
While the principles of mental strength remain the same, we need to adjust our strategies to stay mentally strong. Some of the things I share are:
- The core principles of mental strength that have remained unchanged.
- New strategies we need to create, like setting digital boundaries.
- How modern conveniences, like ride sharing and digital payment options, have reshaped our view of risk.
