In today's episode, I'm going to challenge you on whether or not you should even TRY to train for maximal strength while dieting because I'm a firm believer that if you can avoid it, you should. I also go into a deep dive into "keeping the main thing the main thing," when you SHOULD diet, how to pair your nutrition and training with long-term periodization, whether or not body recomposition is possible, and how your training has to change to reflect being in a calorie deficit.
