In this episode of Moms Unboxed, I've created a meditation that will take you on a journey with your fear.

As promised from last weeks episode, "Overcoming Fear", I have created a meditation for you to help you understand your fear even more.

What if we could approach our fears not with dread, but with a gentle, open heart?

Grab your pillow and a comfy blanket and join me for a guided meditation that invites you to do just that.

We'll explore the sensations of fear in our bodies, and then, with tenderness and compassion, we'll actually talk to that fear. Yes, you heard me right! We'll ask it questions, listen to its messages, and understand what it's truly trying to tell us.

It's about creating space for this natural human experience, rather than pushing it away.

My hope is that by the end of this session, you'll feel more connected to yourself, more empowered, and perhaps even a little lighter.

It's a journey of self-trust and intuition, reminding us that we have the capacity to meet all our experiences with an open heart.

So, find a cozy spot, take a deep breath, and let's unbox this together. You've got this!"
