Pat Sandora has been a Strength and Conditioning Coach for almost 30 years. His career stated in 1993 at West Virginia University, where he returned in 2005 as the Associate Director of Strength and Conditioning overseeing all Olympic Sports. Pat spent a majority of his career in Professional Baseball (18 years) finishing his career with the Boston Red Sox as the Head Major League Strength Coach. Pat has spent the last 5 years working in Tactical Strength and Conditioning working with both the Air Force Special Warfare and Army.
