Further warnings have been sounded over bogus tradesmen operating in County Sligo.
It's understood that there have been a number of incidents in recent weeks where they are calling to doors unannounced.
Residents are being warned not to allow them to do any work as they may carry out a substandard job and then overcharge.
People are also asked to report any such activity to Gardai.
Fianna Fail Cllr Donal Gilroy is asking homeowners to be vigilant and to employ genuine tradesmen:
