Spencer and Wes are going back to 1988 to talk all about one of their favorite 80's fantasy flicks. Which might be the end of a classic era too. A film that is the turning point of old school special effects to the rise of digital CGI. Coming together from a story of George Lucas that is like his version of the Lord of the Rings and Directed by good ole Ron Howard.

Story Overview

Willow is a high fantasy adventure that follows a humble farmer and aspiring sorcerer named Willow Ufgood (Warwick Davis), who finds himself thrust into a perilous quest to protect a special infant, Elora Danan. This baby is prophesied to bring about the downfall of the evil Queen Bavmorda (Jean Marsh), who seeks to destroy her. Joined by a ragtag group of allies—including the roguish warrior Madmartigan (Val Kilmer) and warrior daughter, Sorsha (Joanne Whalley)—Willow braves treacherous lands, dark magic, and relentless enemies in a journey that tests his courage and heart.
