Having a heart transplant is a high risk procedure filled with unknowns. In todays episode Nat interview's Kellie who discovered that her heart was failing her just 11 days prior to giving birth to her daughter. Now 22 years on, Kellie shares her story about the struggles she went through whilst pregnant and for the 388 days she endured with a mechanical heart while waited for a suitable donor. This is a heart warming story that reminds us how important family and support is during times of struggle.
