I've realised how important hope can be in people changing their lives for the better. And, there is arguably no better hope than seeing people like you, from your background, culture, and similar life experiences go on to do the extraordinary.

In this episode, we're joined by an inspirational guest who has gone from a teenage gangster and high-school drop-out to entrepreneur, scientist, and vice president of a £1.6 Billion-Dollar Biotech company. Pradeep Kumar Sacitharan has gone on to live an extraordinary life achieving a Ph.D. from the University of Oxford and a Fulbright Scholar at Harvard University after a tough start coming to the UK at a young age. We dive into his inspirational story and how consciousness, personal growth, and cultivating a growth mindset all play a part.
