Rohan Vijay is a mental and physical health ambassador and volunteer for the mental health platform 7 Cups. He's also a certified Permaculture educator having trained with the Aranya Agricultural Alternatives based in India.

In this episode, we discuss the effects industrial agriculture has on our soil and the downstream consequences this has on our mitochondria, absorption of micronutrients, and antioxidants, and overall the effects on human health.

We explore permaculture and regenerative farming, which is a great solution for the degeneration of our soil and actionable steps that we can all take from an individual to society to support sustainable food systems and save our future!
