We discuss how its harder, but more rewarding, to work out your own spirituality (without it becoming legalism); how it's easy to follow someone else's laundry list of do's/don'ts & be spoon-fed their version of 'god' but it shortchanges our souls; that being surrounded by nature is its own kind of 'church'; and that sometimes you just need to be able to let a good 'curse word' out :)
