Welcome to the latest episode of Ruel’s Running Podcast, where I dive headfirst into culinary chaos, wrestle with my waistband, and sprinkle in some dad jokes because why not? This week, I’ve been living on the wild side with a pulled ham and eggs dish so good, it’ll make you forget you’re dieting—until your reflection in the fridge door says, 'Really?' And hold onto your forks, because I’m cooking up something that’ll make your taste buds salsa harder than they did at your cousin’s wedding.

Speaking of spicy challenges, I’m in the thick of my 90-day no-sugar, no-grain showdown. Spoiler: my sweet tooth has gone rogue and is probably plotting revenge. But guess what? I’m surviving—thriving even! Fewer people now mistake me for a Costco-sized marshmallow. That’s a win, right? I’m also prepping for the holiday break. Initially, I had a dream of eating my weight in meat, but then I remembered—I like breathing.

On the fitness front, I’ve been mixing it up with jump ropes, kettlebells, and a lot of creative grunting. I even swung a mace ball around like a Viking-in-training. It’s exhilarating until you realize everyone at the gym is staring like you’re auditioning for a medieval play. Oh, and let’s not forget my brilliant plan to slather myself in some weird moisturizing facial goo—not a dessert topping, just my way of staying warm while working out and pretending it’s science.

Next time, we’ll chat about supplements, shake weights, and other questionable life choices. Until then, grab a salad, hug your pet, and maybe jog a little (I’ll be napping for both of us). Stay epic, friends!
