We also dive deep into an exciting high-fat, low-protein experiment I just wrapped up. I bumped my calories to 4,000 per day with 400g of fat and less than 10% protein—and get this, my testosterone more than doubled! I share the full breakdown of what I ate, how my hormones and lipids responded, and how we're about to test this approach with Greg mid-prep.
We also talk packaging upgrades for Keto Bricks (new film = no more leaks!), Crystal's overdue pregnancy, and Greg's upcoming show in Wisconsin. And of course, we're already scheming a 2027 prep where we both step on stage together—game on!
