This week we embark on a 5-week deep dive through the Elements. Contrary to my nature – we are not going to cover all of the elements in one session. We’ll dive into one each week.

We begin this week with Part 1 - Ether: The Light of Truth. We tap into the inner light that is your core consciousness - the Higher Light within you.

We use the Sacred Sounds of the Elemental Globes to feel the radiance and immerse into the light of truth that anchors you, that you are here to BE.

As a microcosm of the macrocosm, we call on the Light of God, An-Nur Illahi, to connect with the divine light within at the center of the heart.

I share readings from a book written by my spiritual teacher: Music of the Soul, by Sufi master and guide, Shaykh Muhammad Sa’id al-Jamal ar-Rafa’i as-Shadhuli. (Sidi Muhammad Press, 1994, 1997, 2002)
